Another way to charge Solar landscape batteries in Winter?

Excpet the sun is there any other way to charge the batteries of solar lanscape lights?
I bought some and it is cold and rainy they never charge.
I was thinking about a charger but I can’t just use a simple one to charge the Malibu batteries right?
Any suggestions?

The batteries in Malibu solar fixtures are generally typical AA size Ni-Cad batteries. They can be charged in any battery charger rated to handle Ni-Cad batteries.
That being said, when you are ready for quality, effective, efficient outdoor lighting, look to your local professional low voltage lighting contractor. You will never look back to those lack lustre Malibu Solar glow sticks again!
